Refund policy

This policy covers KIT Apps Pro, the paid plan of KIT Apps, sold by Metanoia AS (Halison) through Lemon Squeezy. KIT Apps Personal is free and has nothing to refund.

14 days, no questions asked

If you are not happy with KIT Apps Pro, email [email protected] within 14 days of any charge, weekly or yearly, and ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason. You get a full refund of that charge.

Free trial

KIT Apps Pro starts with a 14-day free trial on both the weekly and the yearly plan. You give a payment method at checkout, and nothing is charged during the trial. The first charge is made when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing. The 14-day refund above still applies to every charge, including the first one after the trial.

How refunds are paid

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and reseller for all purchases. We ask Lemon Squeezy to issue the refund, and it is paid back to the original payment method. We never see or store your card details.

Cancelling

KIT Apps Pro is a recurring subscription at NOK 20 per week or NOK 728 per year. It renews each week or each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops all future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not by itself refund a charge already made. To get a refund, contact us within 14 days of that charge as described above.
