PowerOffice Go integration
Setup and support information for connecting your PowerOffice Go account to BAS Trustdesk.
Read-only integration What this integration does
BAS Trustdesk connects to your PowerOffice Go account to read your monthly revenue and
monthly cost figures for each accounting period the connection has access to. Trustdesk uses
these figures to show verified financial insights, like revenue trend, burn rate and runway,
to your company's stakeholders and investors.
The integration is read-only. Trustdesk never creates, changes or deletes
anything in your PowerOffice Go account.
How to connect
- In PowerOffice Go, open your account settings and create a Client Key for the BAS Trustdesk integration.
- In BAS Trustdesk, go to your company settings and choose Connect accounting.
- Select PowerOffice Go and enter the Client Key.
- Trustdesk verifies the connection and runs the first data sync. This usually takes a few minutes.
You can disconnect the integration at any time from the same settings page. Disconnecting stops all data syncing immediately.
What data is accessed
- Revenue per month, for each period the connection has access to
- Cost per month, for each period the connection has access to
- Basic company information from the accounting client
Your accounting data is only visible to people you have granted access to in Trustdesk.
Credentials are stored encrypted and are never shared with third parties.
Frequently asked questions
- Can Trustdesk change anything in my accounting?
- No. The integration only reads data. It has no ability to write to PowerOffice Go.
- Does Trustdesk read individual transactions or invoices?
- No. The integration reads monthly revenue and cost totals per period, not individual entries.
- How often is the data updated?
- Data is refreshed when you open the dashboard or trigger a manual sync from Trustdesk.
- Who can see my financial data in Trustdesk?
- Only members of your company with the right permissions. You control access through Trustdesk roles.
- How do I remove the integration?
- Open your company settings in Trustdesk and choose Disconnect. You can also revoke the Client Key directly in PowerOffice Go.
